FCC Form 442— Application from Mobile Telesytems, Inc. Exhibit 1 The proposed radio station is an Inmarsat M4 portable terminal developed by Glocom Corporation, Model Gemini 128. The terminal was developed in accordance with the Inmarsat Systems Definition Manual, and has been Type Approved by Inmarsat, Certificate 76GC71. The proposed experimental station is for test and demonstration purposes. The tests are intended to further develop real—time signaling for mobile terminal to terrestrial link calls and vice versa via land earth stations i.e. COMSAT, or STRATOS
