Exhibit A Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC ("MSV*") currently holds Special Temporary Authority to perform the testing and demonstration of the mobile terminals (MT‘s) requested herein. See Call Sign WBIXQG (File No. 0150—EX—ST—2002). This STA request was filed electronically in March 2002. The technical parameters for the STA extension requested herein are identical to those already approved in this STA request. MSV is attaching here a copy of the STA grant and the STA application.
