In an e-mail dated December 18, 2002, the OET asked whether MSV will still need a two-year
experimental license to continue testing beyond the term of its current STA, which expires in
June 2003. In response, MSV hereby informs the OET that it does not expect to need authority
for testing beyond June 2003. Thus, a two-year experimental license is no longer needed.
