Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is needed to demonstrate and evaluate a TV White Space radio currently in the certification process, but for which certification has not yet been completed. We plan to operate this radio within the limits of currently applicable Part 15 technical rules, including White Space database control and observation of applicable separation distances.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To demonstrate and evaluate a TV White Spaces currently in the certification process. The TVWS base station will communicate with two client devices which operate as fixed devices but which may be relocated throughout the experimental area during the demonstration and are therefore characterized as mobile devices for the purposes of this application.
