Hi Behnam,

Just following up on my previous email:

If we are not the operators of the ground antenna, should I still enter the information on the application?
The groundstation (ground transmit and ground receive) is operated by Dr. James Cutler (Call sign:
WF2XSP and file number: 0096-EX-RR-2013). I know it is expired, but can get in contact with him.

My question comes down to whether the Oculus-ASR filing (0066-EX-PL-2016) should include the ground
antenna or not. Please advise.

Also, could you see if you received any correspondence from a jrhaywoo@mtu.edu? He insists he
submitted a SpaceCap file several months ago.
