Product development requires experiments to be conducted prior to device approval to demonstrate safety and efficacy of the products, as well as the suitability of wireless technologies for our intended data transmission purpose. Applicant seeks a Special Temporary Authority to conduct studies in the 2400- 2483.SMHz band, and in residential environments, as permitted under Part 5 of the Commissions rules.
