Message:

Mr. Inglis,

On your statements, you did not indicate that you would like to conduct your testing under Part 15. In
order for your testing to be considered under Part 15 of the Commissions’ rules, please review and
calculate ERP power shown on OET Bulletin No. 63. The requested ERP 1 mW does not comply with
Part 15 power restrictions.
It seems an ERP of 2-2.5 micro-watts is more in line.

If you would rather stay at 1mW, please let me know so we can proceed with our coordination with NTIA.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 10, 2012 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
