The requested frequency band 410-435 kHz is allocated to aeronautical operations overseen by the FAA.
Please either remove this portion of the freq band from your application or prior-coordinate with the FAA
Western-Pacific (AWP) and FAA Southern (ASO) regional offices. At the end of your coordination with
those 2 offices you will be assigned 3 Non-Governmental Temporary (NGT) numbers, one for each
location (3). Then submit those numbers as an attachment and correspondence to this email.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 02, 2012 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
