Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We would like to test our 5G Millimeter band radio (band N258), we have arranged a temporary license for this already. But to do the complete testing we need to do handovers from the 4G cell into the 5G cell. This application is for a small portion in Band 1 (UL Frequency 1975-1980 MHz and DL Frequency 2165-2170 MHz)

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  We would like to do testing of our 5G Millimeter wave radio but need to have an anchor band in 4G FDD to set up the calls and then initiate the handover to 5G mmWave radio. This application is to use the following frequencies (UL Frequency 1975-1980 MHz and DL Frequency 2165-2170 MHz)

Exhibit submitted:   No
(a) Width of beam in degrees at the half-power point:   90.00
(b) Orientation in horizontal plane:   330.00
(c) Orientation in vertical plane:   10.00
Will the antenna extend more than 6 meters above the ground, or if mounted on an existing building, will it extend more than 6 meters above the building, or will the proposed antenna be mounted on an existing structure other than a building?   Yes

(d) List any natural formations of existing man-made structures (hills, trees, water tanks, towers, etc.) which, in the opinion of the applicant, would tend to shield the antenna from aircraft: Addison Airport is on the other side of the hill and there are buildings and trees between our location and the airport which will provide shielding. We will also be providing down tilt to our antenna. We will also be running at reduced power on the radio as we do not need to transmit very far. Our building which is in front of our mast provides some shielding. Electrical Downtilt will also reduce the spread of the antenna
