Amendment to Renewal Application (FCC File No. A018—EX—+H—+999)

     Dear Ms. Salas:

On behalf of Maritime Telecommunications Network, Inc. ("MTN"), licensee of the
above—listed experimental license, we hereby amend the renewal application for KI2XEE to
reflect a proforma change in ownership of the licensee. Prior to December 31, 1999, ICG
Satellite Services, Inc. had been the majority owner of MTN. On December 31, 1999, ICG
Satellite Services, Inc. was merged into ATC Teleports, Inc., leaving ATC Teleports, Inc. as the
     majority owner of MTN.

Please let me know if you have any questions concerning this amendment.

                                                                    Respectfully submitted,

                                                                   EitGoes
