hereby informs the Commission that the transaction that was approved by the Commission in the
above-referenced application was completed effective December 30, 2004. Commission
approval of the transaction was granted on December 17, 2004. Concurrently herewith, Velocita
is filing separate consummation notices with the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau
and International Bureau.
