This application requests transfer of control of experimental license WC2XUH held by Machine License Holding, LLC from Velocita Wireless Holding Corp. to NCI 900 Spectrum Holdings, Inc. In addition to the instant application, two other transfer of control applications were filed with the FCC in conjunction with the underlying transaction — one with the FCC‘s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and one with the FCC‘s International Bureau. Both the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and the International Bureau have granted the transfer of control applications before them. Attached are the relevant Public Notices showing those grants. As a result, FCC File No. 0038—EX—TU—2005 is the lone outstanding application for the underlying transaction.
