The statement made in the application as-filed that the requested 4 MHz bandwidth channel centered at
1535 MHz (i.e. from 1533-1537 MHz) required AFTRCC coordination was in error. The applicant applied
to AFTRCC for coordination for this STA but cancelled that in view of the requested range, which is
outside the Flight test telemetry allocation at 1435-1525 MHz.

This application seeks authority to use the segment 1533-1537 MHz at the Circuit of the Americas race
track. In the recent past (see, e.g. 1241-EX-ST-2016, WK9XIQ) channels in the segment 1525-1550 MHz
were available for low power data transmission by STA.
