Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes testing of an automobile race team operations communications system for voice and telemetry communications for the MCG Race Team between crew and race vehicles at Sebring Motorsports Raceway during January of 2015; and at Road Atlanta Speedway in January of 2015. An STA is necessary because the system uses land mobile radio equipment that is not licenseable in the United States at the moment due to frequency ranges, and it is new technology under development.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of automobile racing communications system involving race teams and race vehicles including simplex and duplex voice.
