Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes the use of the microwave band 7125-7486 MHz in the Brooklyn, New York Red Hook area for terrestrial only, international and domestic video production operation during the Formula E Championship automobile race events and for testing prior to the event within and immediately surrounding the Race Track near the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. The STA is necessary because the race teams, from Europe and elsewhere, use microwave radio equipment that is not licenseable in the United States for the purpose set forth herein, due to frequency ranges, and it is new technology under development. Furthermore, this is the second largest automobile race in the United States in a crowded market, and channels for video production are overloaded.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Terrestrial only, international and domestic video production operation. Please see attached narrative.
