Message:

We strongly discourage our applicants to amend their applications/STAs in the middle of processing and
coordination. We have received and completed our coordination from the bureaus as well as NTIA with
those frequencies initially filed. Now if you intend to make any changes to your STA, it’ll have to be sent
back and re-coordinated, and consequently the license won’t be granted as requested on 01/09/2015.
That being the case, would you still like to proceed with this amended version?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of January 05, 2015 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
