MRTC Motorsports Communications is the entity responsible for control of all radio equipment on site at
this race. They have numerous representatives that will be present at the race and all preliminary events
in which the radios will be used. As to who will be operating the radios, the users include race teams, pit
crews, operations staff at the race course and broadcast/video production entities. All control will be
maintained and compliance will be assured by MRTC. Frequency coordination will be done on site by
Clear Call Communications so as to assure interference-free operation. That is the
"stop-buzzer" contact listed in the application as well.
