Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes video production at an automobile race series at five different venues for short term operation at each race event during April to October of 2019. An STA is necessary because the system uses land mobile radio equipment that is not licensed in the United States and it will be operated temporarily by a U.K international video production company.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of automobile racing communications and video production system involving one multiple race vehicles at multiple venues. Please see attached narrative and frequency coordination exhibit.
