Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes testing of two automobile race team operations communications systems for voice and telemetry communications between crew and race vehicles at Sebring International Speedway during February of 2019. An STA is necessary because the system uses land mobile radio equipment that is not licenseable in the United States at the moment due to frequency ranges, and it is proof of concept testing for technology under development.
