Based on our evaluation of the material submitted in the application, this office considers the request for confidentiality to be justified and within the provisions of Section 0.459 of the FCC Rules. Accordingly, Progress Reports will be withheld from public inspection in accordance with the provisions of Section 0.459 for a period to coincide with the expiration of the station authorization, which will be October 1, 2000.
