                          QUESTION 5: FAA Antenna Sketch

The Inductrix FPV Pro Video Transmitter BLH8570 is a component on a UAS which
MIT Lincoln Laboratory will operate on Hanscom Air Force Base and in the designated
location in Cambridge, MA. The flight tests are being conducted to support work under
Air Force Contract FA8702-15-D-0001. An STA is requested to operate the video
transmitter in the Amateur Radio band for business purposes since MIT Lincoln
Laboratory cannot invoke Title 47 Chapter I Subchapter D Part 97 (Amateur Radio
Service) in support of the Air Force Contract.

MIT Lincoln Laboratory has received FAA authorization (FAA Form 7711-1 UAS Part
107 Authorization Number 2017-ESA-816-P107) for UAS operations on Hanscom Air
Force Base in the location listed in this application effective from March 2, 2017 to June
30, 2018. The UAS operations is limited to at or below 100 feet Above Ground Level.
MIT Lincoln Laboratory has submitted an FAA waiver application for the Cambridge test
site and expects to receive FAA authorization soon.
