Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary to support the testing of a sensor being developed by MIT Lincoln Laboratory for a government program.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of this operation is to develop a surrogate transmitter. The surrogate transmitter will be used to test the performance on a sensor that is under development. The frequency range being considered is 3.3 GHz to 3.6 GHz and the maximum ERP being considered is 4 W.
