NOTE REGARDING ANTENNA REGISTRATION FOR FILE NUMBER 0892‐EX‐CN‐2017

Lightweight, On‐Body, Wireless System for Ambulatory Voice and Ambient Noise Monitoring

The system is an on‐body, wearable device that is not limited to any location in the United States. Human
subjects enrolled in the research project are not limited to a particular location in the United States. Since
the online FCC application form entries for antenna locations request center coordinates and radii, we
have filled in a location around Lexington, Massachusetts, but request that the mobile device be approved
for use anywhere in the United States.
