QUESTION 4: STATEMENT REGARDING GOVERNMENT CONTRACT

The proposed experiment supports work being sponsored under the program entitled
“Computational Leverage Against Surveillance Systems (CLASS)” for the Defense
Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) under Air Force Contract FA8721-05-C-
0002. The program is developing new waveforms and technology to dramatically
improve the protection of communication signals from adversary detection, interception
and exploitation.
