This request is for the use of the radio frequency bands between 2.7 to 2.9 GHz in the vicinity of our facilities near Syracuse, Onondaga County, NY. This request is for a developmental authorization to permit the research and testing of a solid state transmitter to potentially replace the need for x—ray producing tube type transmitters (See Exhibit 2). The proposed program is scheduled to begin in Febru— ary 1995 and run until at least February 1997.
