    You will please find enclosed one copy of the completed FCC                                Form
    442, Application for a New Experimental Radio Station  Authoriza—~
    tion, with the required FCC Form 155 and license processing   fee,
    $35.00, attached. This request is for operations in the frequency
    band  between 10.000 GHz to 11.000 GHz at our facilities  in  the
    vicinity of Orlando,     Orange County,          FL.

    As   explained in the attached exhibit,                Exhibit 1,           this system      is
    for the test and development of        a radar system under conutract                       to
    the Israeli Government.       It will use Frequency Hopping FM                        modula—
    tion,  utilizing  13      channels of       75 MHz            bandwidth          between    the
    frequencies of 10 to     11 GHa.
