Re: Notices of Dismissal of Experimental Radio Station Authorizations

We, the Lockheed Martin Corporation, respectfully request an extension of time for filing Petitions of
Reconsideration of Dismissal of Applications. Due to the number of the applications involved and efforts on our
parts to obtain the necessary documentation to support our requests for reconsideration, it has been determined the
30 day time frame can not be met. We estimate that we need at least until the end of July to be able to submit an
appropriate response to each of the notices.

The notices, which we wish to respond to, are as follows:

          FCC File No. Location
1.) 6221—EX—PL—1998 Eagan, MN
 . 6100—EX—PL—1998 Marietta, GA
3.) 5004—EX—RR—1997 Morristown, NJ
4.) 3702—EX—RR—1995 United States (Syracuse, NY)
5.) 0607—EX—AL—1993 United States (Syracuse, NY)
6. 3649—EX—ML—1993 United States (Syracuse, NY)
7.) 3648—EX—ML—1993 United States (Syracuse, NY)
8.) 4543—EX—MR—1994 United States (Syracuse, NY)

All of the above applications are connected to existing station authorizations, except the first two, all applications
are for critical programs and contracts for the US DoD, FAA or foreign governments. In the case of the existing
stations, these programs and contracts are in full production and the systems being tested are on the air and fully
operational. These programs are vital to the continued production of the contracted equipment.

If you should have any objections, questions or problems with this request please feel free to contact the
undersigned on (410) 682—2156.

Very Truly Yours,
