Antenna Patterns and List of Satellites

At your request, Maritime Telecommunications Network, Inc. ("MTN") hereby provides
additional copies of its antenna patterns previously provided to you on July 7, 1998. These pattenrs
are proprietary and should be accorded confidential treatment.

In addition, you have requested additional copies of the list of satellites with which MTN‘s
shipboard earth stations communicate, together with their orbital slots. Attached is a list we have
previously provided to you that includes this information. Please note that a few of the satellites
have new names; for example, Intelsat 502 (at 319.5 degrees East Longitude) and Intelsat 515 (at
338.7 degrees East Longitude) are now Intelsat 806 and Intelsat 803, respectively. These satellites,
according to the FCC, will soon be transferred to a company from the Netherlands, New Skies
Satellite, N.V. Pursuant to a Commission public notice, MTN has requested authority to continue
to communicate with these satellites under its special temporary authority as well as its experimental
authorization.
