Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The requested STA is for the purpose of making field strength surveys for sales puposes, pursuant to Sec. 5.3 of the Commission's rules, and on frequencies as provided for in various sections of the rules, specifically, at this time, on 800 MHz public safety channels in and for the state of Florida. This authorization is for replacement of KE2XFM which expires March 1, 2002.
