Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Lynk Global would like to perform short-term duration tests of a concept of operations involving GSM telephones and a Low Earth Orbit space-based repeater payload. This additional request is necessary due to COVID-19 travel restrictions which prevent access to approved test locations.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  The testing will provide important technical data regarding the Concept of Operations involving GSM telephones and a low earth orbit space-based payload, which will directly impact the future versions of the systems design and performance.
