Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant seeks STA to support is radar demonstrations. Applicants indoor shielded facilities are either booked by other government programs or are incapable of handling the required power levels for these demonstrations. The STA is necessary to meet schedule demands. Applicant requests extension of its existing authority to permit it to conclude tests that are currently underway.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of operation is to demonstrate radar technology. that transmits and receives information across the 408-448 MHz frequency band and the 3100-3400 MHz frequency band.
