Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant wishes to conduct limited initial testing of a new Affordability Test Bed (ATB), which proposes to test the ability to connect to multiple hardware interfaces and run the API code to adapt new interfaces.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Development of a new radar architecture. These initial operations will permit refinement of the first ATB modules. Operations will support several DARPA programs and other operations under U.S. Government contract.
