Mr. Kennedy:

In connection with our telephone conversation on this matter, please cancel the
above-referenced application for extension of experimental STA filed on behalf
of LoJack Corporation. As you explained, because LoJack Corporation filed an
application for permanent experimental authority (0176-EX-PL-2005) at least 15
days prior to the expiration of its existing STA license (0663-EX-ST-2005), it
can continue to operate on that STA until the OET makes a determination on its
underlying application for permanent authority to operate the facilities, in
accordance with 47 CFR 5.61(b) of the Commission's rules.
