PURPOSE OF MODIFICATION OF EXPERIMENTAL LICENSE

LoJack Corporation herein submits an application to modify its existing
experimental license authority. The sole purpose for the application is to update the
centerpoint information, relating to LoJack’s field testing facility, which has moved and
requires a slight update in the coordinates identified on its license. No other changes
are contemplated by this modification request.
