CalAmp Wireless Networks Corporation FCC Form 703 Exhibit A Consent to Pro Forma Transfer of Control This Exhibit A accompanies an application pursuant to which LoJack Corporation (“LoJack”), a Delaware corporation based in Canton, Massachusetts and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CalAmp Corporation (“CalAmp”), a Delaware corporation located in Irvine, California, seeks consent to a transfer control of its experimental authorizations. The transfer of control is necessitated by corporate restructuring whereby LoJack will be merged into CalAmp Wireless Networks Corporation (“CalAmp Wireless”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CalAmp. The proposed restructuring is pro forma and will not affect ultimate control or ownership of the licensee since the entities remain under the ownership and control of CalAmp. The merger, however, will result in a change of licensee to CalAmp Wireless, a Delaware corporation, based in Irvine, California. Grant of this request will enable CalAmp Wireless to continue the important work, started by LoJack, in testing of new vehicle and equipment theft-recovery products using its experimental licenses. The authorizations are operated under the call signs KS2XBH, WH2XYS, WD2XYL, and WM9XTR
