We are preparing for and participating in a DOD sponsored event. All of the radio equipment referred to
in this application will be housed on our vehicle, which is referred to as a Wave Glider. The Wave Glider
is a small ocean going surface vehicle. None of the radio equipment will be on board of an aircraft.
