Dear Sir/Mdm,

I am writing this comments to response a recent email I received from Ben Ghaffari in regarding of why
we requested for Santa Clara, CA operation and Miami, FL operation of STA.

When I applied for STA, I actually only applied to the location of Miami, FL, there was no Santa Clara,
CA. Our company applied for another experimental license in Dec, 2010 for the location of Santa Clara,
CA which is a completely different from this STA permit.

However, I guess the reason of the location of Santa Clara, CA appeared on the STA application was due
to I applied to the STA on top of our existing experimental license filed in Dec, 2010 (File#
0541-EX-PL-2010), this is properly why it shows 2 locations on the STA application.

Please allow my apology for causing this confusion, and also please allow me to correct the right location
in this correspondence. There is only one location, Coconut Grove Miami FL, that I originally intended to
file for permission when applied to STA.

Please let me know anything else I will need to do in order to get this permit granted in time before
2/21/2011.
