On behalf of Leidos, Inc., and in reply to your inquiry (Ref. 38442), this is to report that 2 way
communications to satellites in space are planned under the experimental license.

Leidos is required to pull from an “occasional use” pool of bandwidth from different
providers. Below are the possible satellites this system may communicate with CONUS as of now.

SES-1 @ 101W
AMC-21 @ 125W
IS-29E @ 60W
IS-37E @18W
