Subject: Request for Info - STA File #0487-EX-ST-2013
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

The frequency request is too broad. Even though you say you will only need one 20 MHz channel at a
time, it is not within the Experimental Branch’s duties to select frequencies for you. Perhaps your sponsor
can help you select channels. The band 2320-2345 MHz is allocated for satellite radio and we will not be
able to authorize this band without consent from SiriusXM. The bands 2310-2320 MHz and 2345-2390
MHz will require AFTRCC coordination. The band 2450-2483.5 MHz will require you to coordinate with
the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE). Please advise on how you would like to proceed.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of May 24, 2013 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
