updated to reflect a new Proposed Start Date of: April 2, 2014 and a new Proposed End Date of July 31,
2014. In addition, please note that the name of the applicant has been corrected to specify "Leidos,
Inc.", tolerances have been inserted, and the sub-band of 149.4875-149.5125 MHz has been added
to the Christmas, FL site because such sub-band was mistakenly omitted at the time of filing.
