We are currently working the process for my company to pay for the licensing fee with the corporate credit card as we did for our last experimental license. I am however a little lost on what is needed from us. When you ask for a detailed exhibit that describes our request, does that need to include technical information such as the frequencies and power as previously entered into the form 442, or a “description” of the operation we are attempting to conduct? I have included a word doc of what I came up with for you to look over. Please let me know if this is acceptable. I downloaded and filled out the AFTRCC form 87. Is that the appropriate form for this request? On the form it asks for an identification control number, but I am not sure where that is generated. Please advise. I have also attached the rover characteristics which has information on the transmission properties of the rover. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated as always.
