This application seeks to modify the Station WI2XYO license to:

- Reduce the power level for the ground-based transmissions from 50W to 5W (Output
Power/ERP)

- Delete the airborne transmissions

Regarding Special Condition 5 (“(5) Operation is subject to notification of the following within
200 miles of the test area: • Paging Service licensees in 454 MHz/459 MHz • General Aviation
Air-Ground Service in 454 MHz/459 MHz”):

In light of the fact that the only remaining operations will be ground-based transmissions
with only a 1 km radius – it is respectfully requested that the Commission modify the 200
mile notification range in Special Condition 5 to a much smaller range.
