Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An office inside of the DoD is evaluating whether it would like to buy and field Banshee Radios for its use. We will be demonstrating in Omaha around Offut AFB the Banshee Radio. There will be a ground based banshee and an airborne based Banshee. Notification of the need for this demonstration was not given with enough lead time to be able to pursue a standard FCC license.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The Banshee radio will be sending telemetry and other data from air to air or from air to ground platforms.
