Test the theory of an experimental digital arperture passive radar.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The objective of this effort is to collect samples of RF emissions determine the capabilities of an RF sensor to detect airborne targets utilizing illuminations of opportunity. Testing event will take place over two days to effectively prepare test set up and conduct testing.
