Please explain the purpose of operation:

L3Harris has been asked by the National Guard to participate in the Patriot South exercise. at Camp Shelby Feb 24 - Mar 6, 2020. L3Harris will be providing a small private LTE network at the coordinates and frequency below during times throughout this time period to demonstrate a tactical cellular concept. A spectrum scan of the are was performed on Dec 19, 2019 and found no existing cellular activity at this frequency.
