                      We non—concur frequency 1030.00 MHz with Emission Designator of 10MOPON
                       and authorized Power of 10 KW (ERP).

                      The frequency 1025.00 MHz shall be used with Emission Designator of 1KOPON
                    _ and authorized Power of0.5 Wait (ERP).
                      The additional frequency range 410 MHz425 MHz shall not be used due to the
                      FAA Remote Maintenance Monitoring (RMM) frequencies critical to aviation
                      safety operating within the frequency range 406.1 MH2z—420 MHz; however, we
                      concurto the use offrequencies 425 MHz—430MHz.                                '

                      The frequencies 1010.00 MHz, 1030.00 MHz, 1060.00 MHz, 1090.00MHz,
                      1095.00 MHz, 1110.00 MHz shall be used with authorized Power of 0.5 Watt
                      (ERP). —
                      The additional frequency range 929 MHz—945 MHz shalil not be used due to the
                      FAA microwave link frequencies (LDRCL) critical to aviation safety operating in
                      the frequency range 932.1 MHz—944 MHz.

                      The additional frequency range 950 MHz—960 MHz shall not be used due to the
                      FAA radar facilifies critical to aviation operating in that frequency band.
