0714-EX-ST-2019 EL970528 Experimentation Description: To provide targets to demonstrate SIGINT system capabilities to the US Navy. Equipment will only transmit while stationary. Transmitters are to exercise geolocation capabilities. Chartered vessel will have the SIGINT system. Datalink locations are SSCPAC (San Diego location on request) and Point Loma. Mahi Rabbit will be anchored off shore from Silver Strand State Beach. Rabbits are vehicles with HF/VHF/UHF equipment listed on request.
