0700-EX-ST-2018 EL376522 Experimentation Description This request is for flight testing of the Man Portable Unit 5 (MPU5) air-to-ground datalink proof of concept. Test will demonstrate the ability of the MPU5 configuration to maintain air-to-ground datalink. Ground based antenna is fixed yet configured to track aircraft. Majority of flight path and airborne transmissions will be over the ocean.
