Experimentation Description

License will support proof of concept and demonstrate capabilities of L3 Technologies equipment
supporting the Navy E-6B program. Transmit operations on the ground and airborne will be limited to
authorization. Request period is for short test duration and license will be canceled upon completion of
Navy contract.
