Reference: GPS Re‐radiator application (FCC 442) Confirmation Number: EL812049 Form 442 File Number: 0063‐EX‐PL‐2009 Question 7 Will be utilized to verify GPS data for aircraft communications and navigation systems while hangared. Aircraft are under upgrade and/or modification and normally on jacks during major overhaul. This will eliminate the need to have to re‐install landing gear, remove scaffolding, tow aircraft from hangar to verify these systems which would lead to production delivery delays. Using re‐radiators will allow both functions to occur simultaneously reducing cost and delivery times. Aircraft in question are used for US anti‐drug operations. Wayne Morris Frequency Mgr.
